Why farmers dumping milk ?

Farmers are the main resources of any country which are responsible for grow and fulfill the peoples need of food. But same farmers dumping the milk into the stream with no big reason. If the have willing to share milk to other poor guy or they can transferm milk into butter, and so many dairy product. but why farmers dumping tons of milk into the waste.
